If I am French/German, how do I access ShopStyle Collective now?
Log in to your account as usual, by heading to shopstylecollective.com or shopstylecollective.co.uk
There you will be able to access either a US (if on .com) or UK (if on .co.uk) product feed.
If you wish to access a product feed that will display your items in widgets as Euros, please select the new option for UK retailers with Euro pricing. To do this, hit the flag and click on the United Kingdom (Euros)
Does this affect/change the country I chose when I signed up for SSC service?
No, you will remain signed up as a French or German member in our database
Does this affect/change the currency I am paid out in?
No, you will continue to earn in Euros, if you selected that as your pay out currency
When I create links or widgets in the UK Euro platform, what happens when my readers click?
They will see the item displayed in Euros in your widgets if you choose to show currency, they will then be sent to the UK localised retailer website. Most retailers will pick up on a readers IP address and prompt them to switch to their native website if one exists for the country they are based in.
How does the UK/Euro feed determine the price of the item if originally in £
We will use the latest currency conversion, built into the platform and automatically apply to the product price in links and widgets
Where have my localised retailers gone?
In an effort to improve the platform, we are focusing and putting more emphasis on international retailers who ship to most countries worldwide. Retailers focused on either Germany or France only, will most likely no longer be included in our platform.
